1. रात्रि 10.00 बजे से प्रातः 7.00 बजे तक 

2. रात्रि 9.00 बजे से प्रातः 6.00 बजे तक 

3. रात्रि 10.00 बजे से प्रातः 6.00 बजे तक 

4. रात्रि 9.00 बजे से प्रातः 5.00 बजे तक

Details Solution:- 

i)Sleeping time (सोने का समय): - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM 

ii)Seating time (बैठने का समय): During the remaining hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM), the middle berth should be folded up to allow lower berth passengers to sit comfortably.

 

भारतीय रेलवे के निचली बर्थ पर सोने का समय, निचली बर्थ पर बैठने के नियम:- आरक्षित डिब्बों में, रात 10:00 बजे से सुबह 6:00 बजे तक सोने की व्यवस्था उपलब्ध है, जबकि दिन के बाकी समय यात्रियों के लिए बैठने की व्यवस्था उपलब्ध है। 

Indian Railways Rest Time Sleeping Timing, Maximum Berth Seating Rules:- In the Ark coaches, sleeping arrangements are available from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while during the rest of the day, sleeping arrangements are available for the passengers.
