Sub: Approved vacancies of level-1 categories for notification in 2025 Assessment of vacancies of Level-l categories done by Zonal Railways/Pis in the Indent Management module of HRMS has been examined in Railway Board. 

2. The Competent authority has approved to issue Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) for 22,000 vacancies in 11 categories in pay level-1 for the year 2025 an given below.

 

1 Post Name :- Assistant (Track Machine) Deptt- Engineering Approved Vacancies -600 

2. post Name :-Assistant (Bridge) department:- Engineering Total approved vacancy:- 600 

3. Track Maintainer Gr. IV Engineering :- 11,000 vacancy 

4. Assistant (P-Way) Engineering department :- 300 job 

5. Assistant (TRI) Electrical :- 800 

6. Assistant Loco Shed (Electrical) Electrical :- 200 vacancy 

7. Assistant Operations (Electrical) Electrical :- 500 job 

8. Assistant (TL & AC) Electrical :- 500 vacancy 

9. Assistant (C&W) Mechanical :- 1,000 Posts 

10. Pointsman-B Traffic department :- 5,000 vacancy 

11. Assistant (S&T) department S&T :- 1,500 

Total vacancy :- 22,000 posts 

 

1. The Railway/Pt-wise distribution of vacancies is given in Annexure - A Inmediate action should be taken by Zonal Railways/PUs for placing the final indent (not exceeding the vacancies approved by Railway Board) in OIRMS within a period of one week in compilation with Chairman/RRB/Bengaluru While placing final indent, Railways/Pis should ensure prescribed reservation norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc
