minimum educational qualification for Level-1 (old group d) posts in the Railways
Recruitment Cell (RRC) is a 10th pass or ITI or equivalent, or a
National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from the National Council for
Vocational Training (NCVT). This applies to all future open market
